Dear Snooper, From getting the unit out of the box to driving with a route set was only a matter of 2 or 3 minutes. Got a signal within 8 seconds. The unit is very user friendly indeed and can sort out all functions without the use of the hand book. The touch screen is brilliant. Setting a route is a piece of cake. Prefer the voice of Jane! Thankfully all the icons and letters are large enough so I don't need my reading glasses to use it! This really is a blessing when you get a BIT older! Normally with the Navman it takes some time to set a route and sometimes even used day before, the signal takes ages to arrive! The full post code function of the Indago is something I have not had before and found it much easier. I have been racking my brain for something negative about it like you can with most products but truth is nothing comes up at all. If it did this or did that it would be better like I could with the Navman but generally speaking the unit is absolutely brilliant. I even liked the hinged packing box... you don't get a second first impression! It is the only one I have had/seen that can actually stand up because of the flat base. Perhaps this is a strange thing to like but for example the Garman is like a tennis ball! Am looking for reasons to go on a journey to use it! Best regards, Trevor |  |
