The Snooper Indago Portable Satellite Navigation System is the very latest and most advanced 2 in 1 navigation product on the market. Not only does it guide you simply and effectively from door to door, it also has the added ability to alert you to ALL ‘fixed´ speed safety cameras and accident blackspots so you will arrive at your destination safely.
The beauty of Indago is in it´s simplicity. The unit comes with street level UK mapping pre-programmed on a 256MB SD card. All you need to do is attach the unit to your vehicles windscreen, switch it on and you are ready to go. It really is as simple that! There is no need to download any mapping from your PC or the internet, just plug in and play.
Extra attention has also been placed on making Snooper Indago the easiest and most convenient satellite navigation unit available. You can search and plan a route to your destination by simply keying in a simple street name, a town or city or even just the postcode. Regular routes can be saved in a ‘Favourites´ file and can be reached in seconds and a separate file even records a history of your most recent trips so that you can return to them at the press of button. An extensive list of ‘Points of Interest´ is also included, so even if you are not sure where you want to go, Snooper Indago can help you find your nearest hotel or even leisure centre!
A touch screen makes using Snooper Indago simple, whilst a built-in rechargeable battery means that no permanent installation is required and there are no trailing wires, plus you can move it easily between vehicles.
Once your route has been planned, Indago will give you accurate turn by turn instructions to your destination with helpful voice prompts and a colourful, moving 3D map.
Whilst remaining affordable the new Indago satellite navigation system is manufactured from the highest quality materials and only uses the highest quality software. A satellite navigation system is clearly only as good as its mapping software and that´s why Indago utilises Navteq street level mapping, ensuring that you can travel from A to B using the best route possible and more importantly, without getting you lost!
Unlike AURA, many other GPS databases rely largely on locations provided by hobbyists who might not be able to tell a speed camera or a red light camera from a traffic flow camera or a surveillance camera. These databases could result in annoying false alerts, which could lead you to start ignoring even legitimate alerts--defeating the point of having a GPS database in the first place.
Other databases are not updated every day, and they also limit how often you can download updates. As a result, devices using these databases are not as up-to-date as they could be and are likely to miss alerts.
In contrast, Snooper has assembled a professional team that devotes every working day to verifying each and every speed camera and high risk zone that goes into the AURA database. by contacting:
The AURA database is constantly updated, and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. AURA’s reliability is backed up by Snooper, one of the most respected and trusted satellite navigation and speed camera location manufacturers. Snooper has won dozens of awards for innovation and product performance and has been establised since 1979.
If you’re considering a GPS database to reduce your risk of an unintended speeding ticket or accident, doesn’t it make sense to go with the database—and the company—that reduces that risk the most?Indago will provide personal alerts of the following speed traps and hazards:-

Auto Ranging
There is no need to set the detection range of Indago, as it automatically calculates the distance required depending on the speed limit. For instance it will alert you 200 meters in advance in a 30mph zone and up to 500 meters in a 70mph zone.
Smart Mute
Snooper Indago recognises your speed. So if you are under the speed limit as you approach a speed camera or high risk zone it will only give you a visual alert. Of course if you are over the speed limit you will get a full audible alert including voice warnings.
